How It Works

1. Find a Lower Price: If you discover a lower price for the same robot from a legitimate retailer, simply obtain a copy of the competitor’s quote. This quote should include the product name, model number, price, and shipping costs.

2. Submit Your Quote: To request a price match, send us the competitor’s quote. The quote can be in the form of a screenshot, PDF, or official quote document. Ensure that the quote clearly displays the total price (including taxes, shipping, and any additional fees).

3. Verification & Approval: Once we receive your quote, we’ll verify the details to ensure it meets the criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll match the price and apply the discount to your order.

4. Get Your Discount: After verification, we’ll adjust your order to reflect the lower price. You can now confidently complete your purchase, knowing you’re getting the best deal.

Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Price match requests must be for the same robot model, configuration, and condition (new product only) from a legitimate online retailer or authorized reseller.

2. Proof of Price: To qualify for a price match, you must provide a valid copy of the competitor’s quote. This can be in the form of a screenshot, PDF, or an official quote document clearly showing the lower price and product details. The quote must be current and include the total price, including taxes, shipping, and any additional fees.

3. Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an authorized online retailer, and the robot must be available for immediate purchase. Price matches are not applicable for auctions, clearance, or marketplace listings from unauthorized resellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay, third-party sellers).

4. Location & Currency: The price match applies only within the same country or region and in the same currency. All price matches will be based on local market pricing.

5. Exclusions: Price matches do not apply to:

   • Limited-time promotions, flash sales, or time-sensitive offers.
   • Robots offered with discounts or bundled offers.
   • Rebates, coupons, or loyalty program discounts.
   • Pricing errors or typographical mistakes.

6. Verification Process: Once your request is submitted, we will verify the competitor’s quote. If the quote meets all requirements, we will match the price and apply the discount to your order.

7. Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline price match requests if the quote does not meet these terms or if the competitor’s offer does not meet our eligibility criteria.

8. Price Match Guarantee is Non-Transferable: The guarantee is valid only for the original purchase and cannot be transferred or applied to previous orders.

9. Price Match Duration: The competitor’s price must be valid at the time of the price match request. We will only match current and valid pricing.

10. Price Match Request Submission: Requests must be submitted before completing your purchase. If a purchase has already been made, price match requests will not be accepted.
