Any business or individual (“Vendor”) wishing to conduct business with Reliable Robotics LLC must complete and submit this application before any purchase order can be issued or payment processed.
Reliable Robotics LLC’s Terms and Conditions shall apply and will take precedence over any other trading terms. Vendor registration within the Reliable Robotics LLC system does not constitute or guarantee a business relationship. A legally binding commitment is established only upon issuance of an official Purchase Order in accordance with Reliable Robotics LLC procurement policies and procedures.
