These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of reliablerobotics.ai and any purchase, rental, integration, software or support service you obtain from Reliable Robotics LLC (“Reliable Robotics”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office at Rigga Business Center, Office 3001-510, Al Muraqqabat, Deira, Dubai, UAE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. Order of precedence
Where a signed contract, quotation, purchase order or rental agreement exists between you and us, its specific terms apply first. These Terms apply to everything that document does not cover. Terms in your purchase order or other documents do not apply unless we accept them in writing.
2. Using our website
- You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with the site’s operation.
- Product descriptions, specifications, images and videos are for general information. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice, and the robot you receive may differ slightly from images shown.
- Prices and availability shown on the website are indicative and do not form an offer. A binding price exists only in a written quotation from us.
- You are responsible for keeping login details for our client, vendor and support portals confidential, and for all activity under your account.
3. Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or 15 days if none is stated.
- An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing or issue an invoice, and any required advance payment has been received.
- Quoted prices are in UAE Dirhams unless stated otherwise, and exclude VAT, customs duties, import taxes, shipping, insurance, installation and programming unless the quotation includes them.
- Where exchange rates, manufacturer pricing, duties or freight costs change materially before shipment, we may revise the price and will notify you before proceeding. You may cancel if you do not accept the revised price, and we will refund any advance paid for that order.
4. Payment
- Payment terms, including any advance payment, are stated in the quotation or invoice.
- VAT is charged at the applicable UAE rate. Cross-border orders may be subject to the tax and customs rules of the destination country, which you are responsible for unless agreed otherwise.
- We may suspend delivery, installation, rental or support while any undisputed amount is overdue.
- Ownership of goods stays with us until we receive full payment.
5. Delivery, installation and acceptance
- Delivery dates are estimates. Robots are often shipped from manufacturers abroad, and we are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, customs, freight carriers or events outside our control.
- Risk passes to you on delivery to the agreed address, or as set out in the agreed Incoterm.
- You must inspect goods on delivery and report visible damage or missing items within 3 business days. After that, goods are treated as accepted, without affecting warranty rights for hidden defects.
- You are responsible for providing site access, power, network connectivity and a safe operating environment for installation and use.
6. Robot rentals
- Rental period, price, deposit, delivery, operator support and permitted locations are set out in the rental agreement or quotation.
- Robots remain our property at all times. You must not move them to another venue or country, lend or sub-rent them, open their casings, or modify their hardware or software without our written consent.
- You are responsible for loss, theft or damage during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear, and for any harm caused by use against our instructions. We may deduct repair or replacement costs from the deposit.
- Unless an operator from our team is included, the robot must be operated only by people we have trained.
- Cancellations within the notice period stated in the rental agreement may incur a cancellation fee.
7. Safe use
Robots are complex machines with moving parts and batteries. You must follow the manufacturer’s manual and our instructions, keep safe distances, avoid wet or unsuitable surfaces, and not use robots to carry people or for any unlawful, harmful or weaponised purpose. You are responsible for obtaining any permits, venue approvals or consents needed for operating robots or recording people at your site.
8. Warranty
- New products carry the manufacturer’s warranty for the period stated in the quotation or product documentation. We will coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, falls, liquid, unauthorised repair or modification, use outside specifications, normal wear of consumable parts, or failure to follow instructions.
- Warranty repairs may require shipping parts or units to the manufacturer, and turnaround times depend on them.
- Except for the warranties expressly stated, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Returns and cancellations
Because most robots are ordered or configured to customer requirements, orders cannot be cancelled and products cannot be returned once confirmed, except for defective products covered by warranty or where the law requires otherwise. Any approved return must be in original condition and packaging, and may be subject to a restocking fee stated at the time of approval.
10. Price Match Guarantee
Our Price Match Guarantee applies under the conditions published on our Price Match Guarantee page, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Software, programming and services
- Manufacturer software and firmware are licensed to you under the manufacturer’s own licence terms.
- Custom applications, programming and integrations we develop are licensed to you for use with the robots covered by your order, unless a contract transfers ownership. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, libraries and know-how.
- Some features rely on third-party cloud, speech or AI services. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside our control, and we may replace them with equivalent services.
- AI-generated responses from robots may be inaccurate. You should not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, videos and design, belongs to Reliable Robotics or its licensors. Product names and logos of manufacturers belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government action, export controls, sanctions, customs holds, supply shortages, strikes or failures of carriers and utilities.
15. Export controls and compliance
Some robots and components are subject to export control and sanctions laws. You must not re-export, transfer or use products in breach of those laws, or for military end use without the required licences. We may refuse or cancel orders where we believe the law requires it.
16. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith within 30 days. If that fails, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, with any quotation or contract, form the entire agreement between us on their subject.
